Séphora is the driving force fueling and nurturing FormatAide. She is passionate about this cause, for which she carries a dynamic, determined and sensitive vision. Sephora earned a master degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Non Profit management from Mills College and she is certified project manager. Randie Elligton

US Executive Liaison

Randle (Randie) Ellington is currently a Commercial Real Estate broker and businessman in the United States. Randie graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science, from California State University, Fullerton and received a MBA form Pepperdine University. Randie has a professional certifications in project management and telecommunications engineering. Randie will use his expertise to link FormatAide to its U.S Partners.

Darcelle C. Lahr

Treasurer

Darcelle Lahr leads a minority/woman-owned management consulting practice, heads a nonprofit social enterprise, and lectures in the MBA program at Mills College. She brings unique expertise in organizational strategy, and a keen understanding of the challenges of micro- and social-enterprise leadership. Her compassionate, seasoned guidance supports FormatAide in transitioning from an inspired vision to dynamic catalyst for change. Darcelle earned her Executive MBA with honors from CSU East Bay, and BSME from Stanford University.

Diane C. Lewis

Secretary

Diane Lewis is an attorney who has practiced primarily in the areas of economic and community development, redevelopment, affordable housing and real estate. She has worked in large law firms, and served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Oakland, CA for over a decade. Ms. Lewis obtained her J. D. from the University of California, hasting College of Law, and her M. S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University. She has serviced on numerous nonprofit Boards and is bringing her expertise to FormatAide’s governance board.

Travia Smith

Fundraiser -Marketing & PR

Travia (Tray) Smith comes with a background in business operations, marketing and over 15 years of working with non-profits. She is a certified professional coach, recent MBA graduate from Mills College and a public speaking trainer for H324, an organization which provides organizational training, coaching and consulting. Travia has worked in marketing for three management consulting organizations. Travia brings her experience and passion for relationship building to help FormatAide carry out its mission to help SMSE in Haiti.
